The craziest things are happening...

For one, A Dutch Scientologist turned up and went shouting and yelling in no time in various local groups, accussing Felipe of things he'd never done and generally making a fool of himself.

Two, the magazine Nieuwe Revu will publish a most critical article about CoS this week. The journalist, Helene Schilders, has been researching for weeks.
When she faxed the article to CoS, she was put through to Leisa Goodman, OSA PR, who sort of threatened her: 'I hope you know what you're doing' or something. To which Helene replied: 'Are you threatening me?'

Three, today we found out that Leisa Goodman had been flown in from the USA. She is now in Amsterdam and wants to talk to journalists and we thought she would show up in court.

Four: fifteen minutes ago I received a phonecall from my lawyer, saying that Hermans - the lawyer at Nauta Dutilh who's doing this case - had send him a courtesy copy of the fax he'd sent to the President of District Court at The Hague. Nauta Dutilh asks the court to dismiss the case. The letter is confused: they think of starting a regular proceedings, i.e. with hearings and testimonies and all, but are not sure.

They also say that they've asked a notary to compare the text included on our homepages to the originals and found some differences. (Will this mean that they'll dismiss the parts of the OT's that are included in the Fishman Affidavit as forgeries now?)

They have returned all papers, defenses, reports and files our lawyer had sent them in preparation, back to our lawyer. Unopened.

Tonight's evening is of course still onm. Steven has spoken with a great many journalists already and more interviews are lined up.

To be continued (we think...)
