All steps must be done in this sequence to fully handle the condition: [snip] _Step Three - Illness_ The next action is to handle illnesses of the body part(i.e. BTs and clusters being "sick lungs" or being a condition of an illness or disease or the body part.) "Illness of body part" will cease to read. _Step Four - Cures for Illness_ You will now find BTs and clusters being cures for illnesses of the body part. While an adult can probably use the above "cure" and avoid FDA hassles (freedom of religion), what about adults that try to use the above "cure" on children? The courts have repeatedly decided that children are a special interest to the court and, as such, have taken special measures to protect them. BTW, I can't help commenting on the wrong usage of i.e. (id est) which means "that is." What should have been used was e.g., (for example). That is a pet peeve of mine. (Not to mention the poor grammar, which is an L. Ron Hubbard given.) The above use of NOTS 34 is most definitely within the Fair Use clause of the Copyright Law.
