Civil Complaint from RTC vs. Grady Ward in Arcata, CA. According to the California Code of Civil Procedure 415.20, the service will officially be deemd completed on Grady Ward after the RTC dispatches a first-class letter and waits 10 days. According to Felicity the box of papers which was found by her on her doorstep includes an Ex Parte Order by Judge Ronald Whyte sealing the court file that expires at midnight Friday, March 22. (Of course it seems odd that the RTC would not personally serve him the civil complaint in view of the expiry of the sealing order is probably more evidence of the OT powers of the law firms and criminal cultists that are involved in the harassment of free speech advocates.) The not-yet-served sealing order includes the passage "Plaintiffs are concurrently presenting an ex parte application for issuance of a temporary restraining order, order to show cause re preliminary injunction, and orders for impoundment and expedited discovery." Notice the phrase "orders for impoundment". Raid scheduled for Saturday? Stay tuned!
