   BIG WIN IN HOLLAND !!


Today the scientology cult announced that they have requested a delay
of the courtcase that should have appeared this week against Karin
Spaink, Xs4all Internet, Cistron, Dataweb and Planet Internet. These
defendants are accused of copyright infringement.

In their letter they say that a notary would not confirm that the
OT-levels that are available on dutch web-pages are copies of the
original versions. 

The cult has asked the President of the court for a delay, because
they are not able to prove their claims. Even though they started
their legal action, by seizing xs4all equipment, on the 5th of
september. Despite the ample amount of time available, the cult does
not seem confident about it's own evidence in this case.


This is a BIG WIN for the defendants in this case, Karin Spaink,
Xs4all, Cistron, Dataweb and Planet Internet.
